Mid-sixties. (Sixth decade) San Francisco. El Faro Taqueria. Uncle Carlos wraps first ever Mission-style burrito in the world. It doesn‘t look like any other burrito before – it‘s obscenely huge, juicy and filled with perfect meat, rice and beans combination, followed with fresh and colorful salsa, guacamole, cheese and sour cream. Nobody really knows where first ever burrito was made, but nobody cares anymore. The famous San Francisco Mission-style burrito takes over the world and becomes an icon of American-Mexican food of the twentieth century.
